We expect that all items purchased will be delivered within 3 working days, however they may take up to 7 working days.

Please note that all returns must be done within 28 days from date of purchase, items purchased more than 28 days ago cannot be returned.
All items that wish to be returned must be unused and have all labels attached to the garments/items and in resale condition to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be done through the original method of payment and shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns we ask customers to get in contact and we will advise you on the procedure.
Once we have received your return and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items can be returned for a refund at the sale price that they purchased for. Please note if the sale has ended the price to re-purchase the same item may be higher. We do not offer an exchange on returned items.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange your product for a different size please follow our returns policy which we have outlined above. We will process a refund to your card on receipt of the item returned. You may then wish to purchase a different size instead.
